We strongly support the use of school uniform and expect every child to wear uniform in school and when visiting other places at all times of the year.
The Rydal Academy uniform consists of:
- Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt or shirt
- Grey or black trousers, short trousers or skirt
- Gingham checked summer dresses (blue and white)
- Shoes or trainers
- PE kit: T-shirt, sports shorts, tracksuit, trainers or sandshoes (indoor use)
Uniform at cost price can be ordered from the school office or sourced at most local supermarkets. PE kit, PE bag, book bags, fleece jackets are also available from the school office. All clothing should be clearly labelled with your child’s name. This is especially important, as uniform items look similar and can easily be confused for another child’s. The school cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.
